Some items in our shop are in house, meaning they can be shipped immediately. To improve our selection of goods, we implemented some print on demand services to bring more products to you without having to store them.
This is completely normal, we provide you 30 days after delivery completion to return or exchange a product, keep in mid some items like air fresheners can't be returned. You can always read our in depth.
We accept online payment options like debit or credit cards. You can always take a look in the checkout to see what options are available (it's pretty much everything).
We do not interact or use your card information at all. It is purely handled by a 3rd party called Stripe, which is a highly trusted payment processor.
We ask for reviews on your purchases because it lets us know if what we are sending is the same thing you are receiving! We want you to be happy with your purchase and feedback is the best way for us to get that information, as well as improve our operations.
When you purchase an item from our shop, you have to fill out a form with some personal information such as name, email, address, and phone number. We want you to feel safe giving us that information and give you the knowledge of what we do with it. We also have analytics on our website to improve our processes as people use it, and so it's important for you as the user to be aware of that.
Yes we do! We have promotions for most major holidays that generate a 10% discount. The discount code is visible at the top of the home and shop pages when browsing the website.
